Delivery

Shipping is always free but depending on your country, local customs and duties may apply which you need to pay to UPS upon or before delivery. You can change your delivery country in the top right corner or in the checkout.

Specify delivery to home or office at order. We can’t deliver to PO boxes, our shipping provider UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

Wallpapers are produced and shipped from Sweden, with orders usually dispatched the next workday. Samples are sent in envelopes for quick delivery.

Production: 0-2 business days
Delivery EU: 2-5 business days
Delivery US: 2-7 business days
Delivery Rest of the world: 3-10 business days

In addition to our high-quality wallpapers, we offer the option to purchase wallpaper paste separately. This means you have the freedom to choose your preferred paste or adhesive to ensure a perfect application. Peel & Stick Wallpaper comes pre-pasted.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking details, please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. If it's not in your spam folder you're welcome to contact us and we'll be happy to help you.

Please note: Sample orders within Europe do not generate a tracking ID as they are sent by post.

The sooner you contact us regarding a change of delivery address or cancellation, the sooner we can help. Simply reply to the order confirmation or contact us via the contact form and include your order number. In the event of a production delay (applies to custom-made murals), you can cancel your purchase free of charge.

Orders made during weekends and holidays (bank holidays/red days) are processed the following working day. We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. However, our customer service is always there to help you. During campaigns production and delivery times may be longer.
